Spring Thing, IF’s “other” annual competition, is still accepting entries until March 1, 2014. Completed games will not be due until April 9, but interested parties must register their intent by the beginning of March to be considered for the competition.
This year, the competition is being organized by IF writer Aaron Reed, who previously won the competition in 2005.
The Spring Thing has been an ongoing IF competition since 2002, when it was run by Adam Cadre and is designed to be another option for designers other than the traditional IF Comp.
If you’re interested in competing, you can find out more information and rules at the Spring Thing website. Good luck and happy writing!
