If you’ve been looking for a point and click adventure with a unique art style inspired by the short stories of Japanese writer Haruki Murakami, then maybe you should check out the Kickstarter for Memoranda.
Memoranda is a puzzle heavy point and click adventure game from BitByterz and is on Kickstarter to try and get the last bits of funding. The story, puzzle design and coding are almost complete on the project (which has been in the works for three years) and they’re looking towards Kickstarter to fund the sound design and voice acting.
About half funded as of writing this article, the game is gaining a decent amount of positive press in part because of its distinctive art style and animation, which have a heavily painted aesthetic and fulfill part of the magical realist theme presented by the writing.
For those interested in Memoranda, you should check out the Kickstarter which will cease funding on November 15.
