An extended version of narrative game Three Fourths Home is coming to Steam March 20th. Three Fourths Home, by Bracket Games, follows the story of Kelly traveling back to her home in Nebraska during a Midwestern storm.
A narrative, the game follows a conversation and the dialogue options between Kelly and her family as they drive through stylized Nebraska. These are meant to be snapshots into the characters world:
Three Fourths Home takes a look into a specific moment of these characters’ lives and their relationships with one another. The narrative touches on a variety of issues affecting Kelly and her family, including disability, adulthood, and familial obligation.
The game has been out for awhile now, but the Steam version will be an Extended Edition with new features for returning players. The Extended Edition for Three Fourths Home includes an epilogue, a 20-30 minute conversation with Kelly’s mother at a Minnesota bus stop. Additionally the game will feature radio, allowing you to listen to a soundtrack by Neutrino Effect, and pictures and stories from the characters.
The game is currently available for DRM free download for PC and Mac. Three Fourths Home will launch on Steam March 20th.
